Delivery and Returns

1.Delivery

Standard deliveries are carried out by DPD, TNT or an equivalent operator within 24 to 48 hours, for all orders placed before 3 p.m.

Deliveries of bulky orders vary from 24 to 72 hours for all orders placed before 11 a.m.

Orders can be delivered to the address of your choice or to a pickup point.

Delivery of the order will be made after receipt of payment. The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Consequently, the inaccuracy of the data provided by the customer will not engage the liability of FZ motor in the event of a dispute. In the event of a problem with the contact details, the customer must pay the amount of the return and reshipping costs. The same applies to a parcel not collected at a pickup point and returned to the company after the pickup point's storage period.

Delivery times range from 24 hours to 10 days.

Delivery times for certain parts that are not in stock may take up to around ten days.

For any order, the customer undertakes to check the condition of the product(s) received before signing the delivery note. Once the note is signed, FZ motor will consider that the customer has carried out this verification. Any problems or reservations must be notified to the carrier upon delivery and reported to FZ motor within two days following receipt of the product. Without any reservation made with the carrier, no recourse will be possible and FZ motor cannot under any circumstances be held liable or responsible for the goods contained in the parcel.

2.RETURNS

Right of withdrawal

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

Return costs

  • In the event of an error on our part (product not matching the order, incorrect reference, defective product): return costs are at our expense. Contact us and we will arrange the return.
  • In the event of withdrawal or an ordering error on your part: shipping and return costs are at your expense.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned:

  • Not fitted and not used
  • Undamaged
  • In their original packaging (including accessories and instruction manual)
  • Accompanied by your bank account number (IBAN)

⚠️ Important: any product that has been fitted to a vehicle cannot be taken back.

3.REFUND TERMS

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any event, this refund will incur no costs for you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever is the earlier.
