Is your front wiper no longer working, stopping mid-sweep or failing to return to its park position? The motor is usually to blame. This new aftermarket front wiper motor, equivalent to original reference 820BF025, is a direct replacement for the part fitted to Aixam minicars from the Sensation and Emotion ranges, from 2016 onwards.
How to check it fits your minicar
The safest way is to start from your vehicle: find its type code (for example VLGUV53DF) on the registration document or the manufacturer’s plate, and look it up in the compatible models table below. Also compare the shape, mounting points and connector of your motor with the photos. Not sure? Send us a photo of your motor and your type code and we will check it for you.
Is your Aixam from a different generation? Front motor: 8K025 (1997-2009), 8AP025 (2010-2015), 820BF025 (from 2016). Rear motor: 8H065 (1997-2009), 8AP065 (2010-2015), 821BF065 (from 2016).
Signs of a faulty wiper motor
- The wiper blades no longer move, even though the fuse is fine.
- Wiping is slow or irregular, or only one speed works.
- The blades stop in the middle of the windscreen.
